Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Assistant Community Manager to join our team at RHP Properties. As a key member of our community management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, administrative support, and sales assistance to our residents and prospects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt and professional customer service to residents and prospects, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Assist the Community Manager in maintaining accurate records, including resident information, sales data, and community operations.
  • Support the sales process by presenting homes to potential residents, responding to leads, and entering data into our management software.
  • Inventory, order, and verify receipt of office supplies, and coordinate maintenance of office equipment to ensure continuous customer sales and service.
  • Document telephone conversations, visits, and presentations to maintain existing customers and build a book of business for potential residents.
  • Work in conjunction with the Community Manager to ensure compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulatory requirements, protecting the interests of the company and avoiding discrimination of residents, vendors, and team members.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1-year general office experience required; 1-year sales experience preferred.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Detail-oriented and with strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and be a team player in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Valid operator's license, maintenance of a good driving record at all times, and insurability under the Company's policy at all times and the ability to commute between communities.
