Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Analyst II to join our team at ALDI. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for protecting our employees, customers, and company assets from various security threats.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a physical security subject matter expert for all national offices.
  • Provide technical and end-user support for IP video surveillance systems, physical access control systems, intrusion and fire alarm monitoring systems.
  • Oversee security vendors and integrators.
  • Identify project issues and recommend corrective action as needed.
  • Recommend process improvements for the area of responsibility.
  • Develop contingency plans to deal with organizational emergencies.
  • Test documented disaster recovery strategies and plans.
  • Assess risk to business operations.
  • Perform both internal and external security audits.
  • Evaluate laws and regulations to determine their impact on organizational activities.
  • Train team members in organizational or compliance procedures.
  • Collect corporate intelligence to prevent organizational emergencies and infrastructure failure.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate relevant information to leadership.
  • Uphold the security and confidentiality of documents and data within the area of responsibility.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Security Management, Safety Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in Security.
  • Or, a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
