Job Summary:
ALDI is seeking a highly skilled Security Analyst II to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for protecting our employees, customers, and company assets from various security threats. You will work closely with our security team to identify and mitigate potential security risks, develop and implement security policies and procedures, and provide technical support for our security systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of company data and assets.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities.
- Provide technical support for our security systems, including IP video surveillance systems, physical access control systems, and intrusion and fire alarm monitoring systems.
- Collaborate with our security team to develop and implement security training programs for employees.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and technologies to ensure our security systems are effective and efficient.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Safety Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in security.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and security software.
