Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate on all phases of reporting projects, including planning, validation, user acceptance, testing, execution, and related process development.
  • Develop knowledge of industry standards, best practices, and upcoming product releases with a focus on SAP, Tableau, Alteryx, and Azure/Databricks.
  • Analyze, problem solve, and troubleshoot issues within NDA for applications we develop and support.
  • Resolve service tickets within the expected Service Level Agreement.
  • Document processes for both internal department needs and knowledge base service desk support.
  • Provide daily maintenance on Tableau dashboard processes to complete updates within business specified timeframes.
  • Maintain timely data validation for Tableau dashboards by making independent decisions on the correctness of financial and operations data.
  • Deliver excellent customer support to users of software managed by the team by answering questions and resolving issues.
  • Work with the team to grow their knowledge of ALDI US subject matter while focusing on understanding content, processes, and procedures associated with new and existing enterprise applications.
  • Recommend action or treatment with respect to practical solutions using current and future ALDI technology products.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate relevant information to direct leader.
  • Comply with ALDI privacy and security requirements and policies if job responsibilities include possible access to confidential and/or sensitive information.
Requirements:

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field required.
  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience required.
  • Or, a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
Physical Requirements:
  • Work may be performed in an office, remote office or a combination of both where a computer and office equipment may be used as needed to perform duties.
  • Regularly required to sit, reach, grasp, stand and move from one area to another.
  • Constantly and repeatedly use keyboard/mouse.
  • Occasionally required to push, pull, bend, lift and move up to 25 lbs.
Travel:
  • International & Domestic travel required.
  • Up to 10%.
