ABOUT THIS ROLE
The Engineering Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in overseeing the development and implementation of tools that enhance operational efficiency across various channels. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing cross-functional projects from inception through to execution and ongoing support.
  • Collaborating with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve existing issues.
  • Documenting and proposing enhancements based on user feedback and operational needs.
  • Creating comprehensive training materials and user documentation for new functionalities.
  • Facilitating stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment and gather insights from various teams.
  • Maintaining and optimizing existing project management tools and workflows.
  • Leading user acceptance testing (UAT) processes and ensuring effective deployment strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS
To be considered for this position, candidates should possess:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Engineering Project Management within the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Proficiency in both agile and waterfall project management methodologies.
  • Experience in fast-paced environments with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Strong analytical skills, including familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.

PREFERRED SKILLS
Experience in supply chain processes and an understanding of material management is a plus.
