Job Summary

This position is responsible for supporting both business operations and projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate with business partners to support production operations, including inventory management and the resolution of production issues. Additionally, they will evaluate business processes and requirements for both production systems and new features.

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate with business partners to support production operations
* Evaluate business processes and requirements for production systems and new features
* Assist in the development of business process designs and aid high-level business process design efforts with stakeholders and end users

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Technology or Business Administration with 1 year of experience in project management, method analysis, or operations/systems analysis
* 2 years of experience in project management, method analysis, or operations/systems analysis
* Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
* PC proficiency to include MS Office

Preferred Requirements

* Experience with the end-to-end Blue Chip claims processing system
* Experience in healthcare claims processing
* Familiarity with business process design

Base Pay Range
$39,900.00 - $88,800.00
