Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled and personable Bartender to deliver exceptional service to our patrons. A strong understanding of various types of beer, wine, and spirits is essential, along with the ability to craft a wide range of specialty drinks. Our bartenders are expected to engage with customers while monitoring their alcohol consumption and ensuring responsible service. You will also manage cash transactions, conduct inventory checks, and reorder supplies as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive beverage orders from customers or wait staff and serve drinks as requested
  • Prepare drinks using a diverse array of ingredients including spirits, bitters, soda, water, sugar, and fresh fruits
  • Verify customer identification to ensure compliance with legal age requirements
  • Monitor patrons' alcohol consumption to maintain appropriate levels
  • Assist in arranging safe transportation for patrons, such as calling a taxi or rideshare service when necessary
  • Foster a welcoming and friendly atmosphere by interacting positively with guests
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • Ensure the bar is well-stocked with an adequate supply of beverages, mixers, ice, and other necessary items
  • Organize the bar setup to facilitate efficient drink preparation and inventory management
  • Place orders for beverages and supplies as required
  • Prepare fruit garnishes for drinks as needed
