Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled and personable Bartender to deliver exceptional service to our bar guests. A comprehensive understanding of various beers, wines, and spirits is essential, along with the ability to craft a diverse range of specialty cocktails. Our bartenders are expected to engage with patrons while maintaining awareness of their alcohol consumption and recognizing signs of overindulgence. Responsibilities also include managing the cash register, conducting inventory checks, and restocking supplies as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive beverage orders from customers or wait staff and serve drinks accordingly
  • Prepare cocktails using a wide array of ingredients, including spirits, bitters, sodas, and fresh fruits
  • Verify the legal drinking age of all patrons
  • Monitor patrons' alcohol consumption to ensure responsible drinking
  • Assist in arranging safe transportation for patrons, such as calling a taxi or rideshare service when necessary
  • Foster a welcoming and friendly atmosphere by interacting with guests
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • Ensure the bar is well-stocked with liquor, beer, wine, mixers, ice, and other necessary supplies
  • Organize the bar setup to facilitate efficient drink preparation and inventory management
  • Order liquor, beer, wine, and other supplies as needed
  • Prepare fruit garnishes for cocktails
