  5. Present and serve beverages to guests with care.
  6. Verify guest identification and serve alcoholic beverages in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  7. Accurately process payments from guests, including handling cash and credit transactions.
  8. Maintain and stock the bar with necessary supplies such as beer, wine, spirits, and other essentials.
  9. Ensure the quality and storage of all beverage-related perishables.
  10. Handle situations involving intoxicated guests with professionalism.
  11. Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve shared goals.
  12. Foster a calm, tactful, and creative environment to maintain the confidence of guests and colleagues.
  13. Contribute to a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable workplace.
  14. Deliver superior service and quality products consistently to both customers and team members.
  15. Lead by example, following instructions and ensuring operational standards are met.
  16. Explore opportunities to enhance revenue for the hotel, particularly in food and beverage services.
  17. Participate in all required departmental meetings.
  18. Adhere to all company policies regarding safety and security; report any incidents or unsafe conditions to management.
  19. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and protect company assets.
  20. Perform additional duties as assigned to support the objectives of Nhshotels.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Minimum of six months experience in bartending within a full-service bar or restaurant.
  • Highly motivated and energetic individual.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Results-oriented with a commitment to timely task completion.
