Role Summary

We are seeking a charismatic and skilled Bartender to deliver exceptional service to our bar patrons. A deep understanding of various beers, wines, and spirits is essential, along with the ability to craft a wide range of specialty drinks. Our bartenders are expected to engage with customers while monitoring their alcohol consumption responsibly. Additional responsibilities include managing the cash register, tracking inventory, and ordering supplies as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive beverage orders from customers or wait staff and serve drinks as requested
  • Prepare cocktails using a diverse array of ingredients including spirits, bitters, sodas, and fruits
  • Verify the legal drinking age of all patrons
  • Monitor patrons' alcohol consumption to ensure responsible drinking
  • Assist in arranging safe transportation for patrons, such as calling taxis or rideshares
  • Foster a welcoming and friendly atmosphere by interacting with guests
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • Ensure the bar is well-stocked with liquor, beer, wine, mixers, and other essentials
  • Organize the bar to enhance efficiency in drink preparation and inventory management
  • Order liquor, beer, wine, and other supplies as necessary
  • Prepare fruit garnishes for cocktails
