Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Nursing Professional to join our team at Intercare Recruitment. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Care Planning: Conduct thorough assessments of residents' physical and emotional needs, and develop and implement individualized care plans to meet their unique requirements.
  • Medication Management: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor residents' responses to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Supervision and Leadership: Supervise and direct Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) on the assigned unit, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality care delivery.
  • Compliance and Quality: Ensure compliance with nursing, safety, and facility policies and procedures, and participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education and Licensure: Current RN licensure and completion of educational requirements for licensure.
  • Skills and Experience: Proven experience in nursing, with a strong foundation in assessment, care planning, and medication management. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Personal Qualities: Demonstrated integrity, calm manner, and respect for others in interactions with residents, families, and colleagues. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and maintain confidentiality of resident information.
