High-Performance Solar Sales Representative

Venture Solar is a pioneering company in the solar industry, seeking an exceptional Sales Representative to join our team.
We're not looking for just anyone. Our ideal candidate is a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of success and a passion for educating customers about the benefits of solar energy.
As a Business Development Associate at Venture Solar, you'll have the opportunity to work with appointment-setting teams to schedule meetings with homeowners who are interested in making the switch to solar.
Our focus on providing top-notch customer service and ensuring that customers understand the value proposition of our products sets us apart from the competition. We believe that every customer deserves a personalized experience, and we're looking for someone who shares this vision.
You'll bring your expertise in sales, outside sales experience, and a willingness to learn about the solar industry. In return, you'll enjoy a competitive salary, uncapped commission structure (OTE $100,000-$250,000), 401k match program, health, dental, and vision insurance, and paid time off.
What You'll Bring:
- A minimum of 2 years' sales experience
- Outside sales experience, preferably in home sales
- A strong understanding of the solar industry, or a willingness to learn
- An ability to work independently and as part of a team
Benefits:
- Base salary: $60,000 per year
- Uncapped commission structure: OTE $100,000-$250,000
