About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our team at International Imaging Materials, Inc. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional support and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Provide timely and effective support to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Order Processing: Accurately process customer orders, verify customer information, and maintain accurate records in our management system.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively address customer inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless customer support and service.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: At least two years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
