Salary Range:
$110,000 - $140,000

Role Overview:


The Senior FP&A Analyst will play a crucial role in developing the annual budget and quarterly forecasts, constructing and analyzing financial models, and collaborating on executive presentations.

The ideal candidate will manage multiple projects, convert quantitative and qualitative data into financial models and metrics, and possess the capability to analyze all aspects of the profit and loss statement.

This role will engage with and support managers in planning and expense analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
- Annual Budgeting and Quarterly Forecasting
- Collaborate with stakeholders and business units to define annual revenue and expense budgets.
- Prepare budget presentations and supporting documentation.
- Update annual budgets with quarterly forecasts and conduct variance analysis.
- Maintain sales and expense budget/forecast models.
- Monthly and Quarterly Reporting
- Provide monthly analysis and commentary focused on revenue, with additional support across the organization.
- Assist in preparing the U.S. Branch P&L and commentary on variances between actuals, budget, and forecast.
- Compile, analyze, and distribute forecasts and insights to business partners.
- Prepare quarterly presentations for executives.
- Process Improvement
- Enhance legacy financial models, create and modify reports to inform strategic decisions.
- Maintain and improve profitability P&L by account.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in corporate finance (preferably in a public company).
- Advanced to expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required.
- Familiarity with SAP/BW/Hyperion/Oracle or other large-scale accounting systems is preferred.
- Experience with Anaplan or other financial planning tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service abilities.
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills.
- Ability to efficiently pull and analyze data, providing accurate and timely information.
- Capability to work independently with minimal supervision while handling complex tasks.
- Attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to interface effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated judgment, tact, and diplomacy in dealing with internal stakeholders.
- Initiative, enthusiasm, intellectual curiosity, and teamwork are essential.
- Strong problem-solving skills and results-oriented mindset.
- A solid work ethic is a must.

Education:
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field is required. An advanced degree is preferred.
Where you'll be working:
This is a hybrid role, combining in-office and remote work arrangements.

As a hybrid position, you will work onsite a portion of the week while also enjoying the flexibility of remote work.
