Position Overview:
As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in financial planning and analysis within the Global Corporate Planning team.

Your primary responsibilities will include conducting business analysis, generating reports, identifying key trends, and advising management on strategies to meet our financial and operational objectives.


Key Responsibilities:
- Provide budget, forecast, and mid-range planning support as a financial business partner for global divisions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prepare and review comprehensive Budget/Forecast submissions.
- Analyze financial data, offering recommendations and challenging assumptions.
- Ensure data integrity and review submissions at both the cost center and consolidated function levels.
- Develop Budget presentation materials and monthly financial reports.
- Lead monthly financial review meetings with budget owners, proactively identifying factors affecting the global division forecast.
- Conduct general ledger analysis and collaborate with the purchasing team to prepare monthly journal entries for the Accounting Department.
- Support the annual budgeting, mid-range planning, and quarterly forecasting processes.
- Deliver insightful analysis to aid strategic decision-making, including ad-hoc analysis and financial modeling (e.g., gap and trend analysis, risk assessment, ROI calculations).
- Prepare consolidated reports for headcount, operating expenses, capital expenditures, and other key performance indicators.
- Act as a liaison between regional business teams and global/regional Corporate Planning, Accounting, and Finance teams.

- Work closely with the Accounting team to ensure clarity in month-end results and facilitate collaborative data sharing.

- Recommend automation of reporting processes and support globalization initiatives.

Qualifications:
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication abilities across various organizational levels, including senior leadership.
- Demonstrated initiative and ownership in achieving successful outcomes.
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks and meet ambitious deadlines.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to assist with diverse tasks and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements.
- A keen interest in the internet and media & entertainment sectors.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Familiarity with SAP, Workday, and/or Adaptive is advantageous.
