Key Responsibilities:

  1. Candidate Sourcing: Identify and attract top technical talent through various channels.
  2. Screening & Interviewing: Evaluate candidates based on their skills, experience, and fit for the role.
  3. Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences.
  4. Offer & Negotiation: Extend job offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates.
  5. Tracking and Reporting: Maintain accurate records and reports on candidate progress and hiring outcomes.

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of technical roles and skills.
  • Experience with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.

This is a hybrid role located in the San Diego area, and candidates must reside in or around SD.
