We are seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to join our team at Terran Orbital. As a key member of our contracting team, you will be responsible for managing various contracts, including government and commercial agreements. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring that our contracts are executed efficiently and effectively, while also providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and administer contracts from initiation to closeout, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement contract management strategies to optimize contract performance and minimize risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and negotiate contracts, including proposal development, contract award, and contract administration.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on contract-related matters, including contract interpretation, negotiation, and dispute resolution.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective contract management and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in government and commercial contract management, with a strong background in contract negotiation and administration.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex contracts, including government and commercial agreements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex contract terms and conditions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Contracting certification, such as NCMA CPCM or Defense Acquisition University (DAU) DAWIA Level III in Contracting.
  • Experience with US export regulations and compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of contract management software and systems.
