Job Title: Senior Contracts Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Specialist to join our team at First Tek. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract management and customer service, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate complex contracts with customers, ensuring that all terms and conditions are clear and compliant with company policy.
  • Administer and oversee contract requirements, including performance to delivery schedules, pricing, and other contract provisions.
  • Develop and implement contract change proposals, ensuring that all changes are technically and commercially compliant.
  • Initiate the bid process, identifying requirements and coordinating input from other functions.
  • Investigate and resolve claims, or complaints elevated for resolution, coordinating with relevant functions as applicable.
Qualifications and Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • Contracts management certification required, such as Certified Professional Contract Manager (CPCM) or Certified Commercial Contract Manager (CCCM).
  • Advanced certification preferred, such as National Contract Management Association (NCMA) or International Association of Commercial Contract Management (IACCM).
  • Demonstrated ability to perform the essential functions of the job, typically acquired through ten or more years of related experience of increasing responsibility.
