Senior Contracts Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer backlogs and oversee order entry, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing regular updates and addressing any issues or concerns.
  • Negotiate complex contracts and provide guidance on contract change proposals.
  • Administer and oversee highly competitive and unique contract requirements.
  • Determine technically and commercially compliant complex proposal packages for major customers.
  • Investigate and resolve claims or complaints elevated for resolution.
  • Monitor contract performance and determine compliance to contract requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • Contracts management certification required.
  • 10+ years of related experience with increasing responsibility.
  • Experience in contract negotiation, customer management, and contracts administration.
  • Ability to solve unique problems of considerable scope and complexity.
