As a Contract Management Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of contracts and the protection of our company's interests. Your expertise in contract negotiation, risk assessment, and performance analysis will be invaluable in driving business growth and optimizing contract outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the contract negotiation process from start to finish, ensuring flawless execution and adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine contract requirements, terms, and conditions, and successfully implement contracts.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies to protect the company's interests.
  • Review and analyze contract performance, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations to optimize contract outcomes.
  • Develop and present contract metrics to the field sales organization senior leadership team and internal senior leadership.
  • Lead product launches, marketing programs, and product discontinuation activities, providing subject matter expertise in the area of contract management and execution.
  • Lead a team of two or more direct reports and/or managed services.
  • Stay updated on current industry trends and effective methods to continuously enhance contract management processes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records and documentation.
  • Ensure personnel adhere to Company compliance with all Federal, State, local, and Company regulations, policies, and procedures.
