Position Overview:
S&P Global is seeking professionals for Client Relationship and Sales roles at the NBMBAA Career Expo.

Location:
United States

Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline is preferred. Strong skills in presentation, multitasking, and customer service are essential.
Demonstrated ability to maintain robust relationships with clients, address their needs, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Excellent listening skills, with the capability to convey ideas and complex information clearly and effectively.
Ability to swiftly analyze client data, respond logically, and leverage information to influence purchasing decisions.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required, and familiarity with CRM systems would be beneficial.


Key Responsibilities:

Client Development Manager
Ensure clients derive maximum value from enterprise-wide licenses, fostering loyalty by collaborating closely with the Commercial and Research teams to enhance usage and adoption.

Understand clients' business priorities and advocate for their needs, ensuring they maximize their investment with S&P Global Commodity Insights.

Serve as a liaison for client capabilities or services, advocating internally and facilitating collaboration among sales and other departments to achieve shared objectives for clients and Commodity Insights.

Manage essential relationships for Commodity & Insights Client Services and assist in training and onboarding new subscribers.

Collaborate with the Commercial team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience during the implementation of new agreements.

Play an active role in migration efforts, supporting end users during transitions to new market solutions.

Engage with Commodity Insight Analytics for client support and product enhancements.


Commercial/Sales Manager:
Lead the sales of S&P Global Commodity Insights products and services across various segments.
Contribute to business strategy through a deep understanding of industry demands, market trends, and client needs.
Stay informed about competitor offerings to identify strengths and weaknesses in S&P Global Commodity Insights' products.
Develop and execute account strategies that drive retention and growth for key accounts.
Maintain a thorough understanding of S&P Global Commodity Insights products and their applications for specific clients and job functions.
