Job Description

The Senior Client Experience Manager will utilize their expertise to provide a consultative needs-based advisory process, delivering best-in-class client experiences and consistently meeting performance objectives. They will also provide peer support to expand and retain client relationships, while coaching and mentoring new and tenured team members to achieve greater performance.

How You'll Spend Your Time

You'll spend your time providing exceptional client experiences, expanding and retaining client relationships, and coaching and mentoring team members to achieve greater performance.

Education & Experience Requirements

  • Excellent verbal communication skills, effectively and courteously providing client information and resolving issues
  • Excellent written communication skills, demonstrated by professional etiquette, proper grammar, and punctuation
  • Strong computer skills, including the ability to navigate a variety of programs while maintaining efficiency
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
  • Strong time management skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Digitally dexterous, adept at using digital technology and leading change
  • Strong basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  • Good PC application skills, including word processing and spreadsheet packages
  • Knowledge of consumer banking products and services, and traditional and alternative financial services delivery systems
  • Advanced knowledge of consumer financial products and services
  • Strong knowledge of retail bank operations
