Job Title: Electrical Field Development Manager

Mid-State Industrial Maintenance is seeking a highly skilled Electrical Field Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow our commercial, industrial, and utility electrical service accounts in Florida.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from identifying potential clients to securing deals.
  • Cultivate long-term partnerships through networking and proactive engagement.
  • Conduct routine audits and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Prepare detailed estimates and proposals for client projects.
  • Oversee quality control measures for on-site work.
  • Schedule subcontractors to meet project timelines and milestones.
  • Collaborate closely with the Operations team for timely project execution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships across multiple levels within client organizations.
  • Execute plans to ensure consistent communication with existing customers and key prospects.
  • Identify and capture profitable revenue opportunities.
  • Attend trade meetings to gather information and establish contacts.
  • Resolve post-sale client issues effectively.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent industry experience (5+ years) in lieu of a degree.
  • Electrical field experience required.
  • Prior sales or marketing experience in industrial maintenance.
  • Experience in power generation and pulp & paper industries preferred.
Work Environment:

The work environment is dynamic and fast-paced, requiring adaptability and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Interaction with various stakeholders in industrial settings is common, emphasizing safety and operational efficiency.
