Job Overview
As an Electrical Engineer at Genesis Aspire Partners, you will play a vital role in the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems and components. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that electrical systems meet quality, safety, and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop electrical systems and components that meet industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical systems into products and ensure seamless functionality.
  • Conduct research to gather information on new technologies and materials that can improve electrical systems.
  • Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines for electrical engineering projects and ensure timely completion.
  • Perform risk assessments and mitigation for electrical systems to ensure safety and quality.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for electrical designs and systems, including schematics, diagrams, and technical reports.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to production and installation teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including electrical codes and safety protocols.
  • Identify and troubleshoot electrical issues and provide solutions to ensure minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
  • Manage project milestones and deliverables to ensure timely completion and meet customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to source electrical components and materials that meet industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis for electrical projects to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Participate in design reviews and recommend improvements to electrical systems and components.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for electrical systems and processes to ensure best practices and industry-leading standards.
  • Train and mentor junior electrical engineering staff to ensure knowledge transfer and skill development.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a strong background in design, development, and implementation of electrical systems and components.
  • Proficiency in CAD software for electrical design, including Autodesk and SolidWorks.
  • Knowledge of electrical codes and regulations, including NEC and IEC standards.
  • Experience with power distribution systems and controls, including switchgear and circuit breakers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex electrical issues.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, with a strong focus on project management and resource allocation.
  • Understanding of safety and quality standards for electrical systems, including OSHA and ISO 9001.
  • Experience with project management and resource allocation, including budgeting and scheduling.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on adaptability and continuous learning.
  • Familiarity with sustainable and energy-efficient electrical technologies, including solar and wind power.
