Position: Trade Compliance Engineer and Analyst
Job Overview:
This entry-level role is pivotal in ensuring adherence to U.S. export and import regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations ("EAR"), International Traffic in Arms Regulations ("ITAR"), and Office of Foreign Assets Control ("OFAC") sanctions, alongside local and regional laws governing the cross-border movement of goods and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison among various internal departments within the organization.
- Engage with government licensing authorities to guarantee compliance with trade management and control regulations.
- Review product specifications and documentation to accurately determine Export Classification Code Numbers ("ECCN") and local export classifications for sold items.
- Collect, assess, and authorize Customer End Use and Export Compliance Certifications (EUC).
Work Schedule:
This position operates on a hybrid model, requiring three days in the office and two days remote, fostering a balanced work environment.
