Compliance, Licensing & Contracting Specialist

E.A. Buck Financial Services is a fast-growing financial services company with a strong presence in Denver and Honolulu. We're seeking a highly skilled Compliance, Licensing & Contracting Specialist to join our team

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and administer the E.A. Buck Compliance Program, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Facilitate the licensing and contracting process for new and existing planners, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all necessary paperwork.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential regulatory, compliance, and reputational risks.
  • Develop and implement effective compliance training programs for employees, ensuring they understand and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the preparation of responses to regulatory inquiries and examinations, ensuring accurate and timely submission of all required information.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as finance, law, or business.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in compliance, licensing, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
