Office Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at McNair Interests. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our teams and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet guests and visitors, direct them to the appropriate conference room or office
• Answer and transfer phone calls, take messages as needed
• Validate parking
• Create and distribute company memos through email, letters, or telephone calls
• Submit work orders and requests to building services
• Maintain all phone lists and distribute them to employees as they are updated
• Maintain tidiness of all conference rooms
• Check mail and distribute to appropriate mailboxes
• Schedule and accept courier service
• Receive package deliveries and distribute
• Restock and take inventory for both kitchens
• Inventory copy paper and supplies
• Organize and keep copy/mailroom neat
• Organize and keep storage closets neat
• Handle office meals and celebrations
• Distribute dry cleaning
• Organize and file company documents electronically or with a paper filing system as needed
• Provide support for teams as needed, including covering for any EA out of office
• Perform various other special project duties or tasks as assigned
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous administrative or clerical work experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
