About the Role

At Google, we believe that every problem deserves a comprehensive solution. As a Technical Program Manager, you will leverage your technical acumen to guide intricate, multi-disciplinary initiatives from inception to completion. You will engage with stakeholders to outline requirements, pinpoint risks, manage timelines, and effectively communicate with cross-functional partners throughout the organization.

The Knowledge and Information Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) teams operate globally. In this capacity, you will collaborate with the SRE leadership to facilitate business rhythms across teams involved in Search, Assistant, Geo, and Commerce. Your role will encompass leading multi-disciplinary projects, coordinating requirements with internal clients, and steering projects through their entire lifecycle. This includes managing timelines, assessing risks, analyzing data, and articulating objectives to stakeholders. Your projects will often traverse multiple offices and time zones, requiring adept coordination to ensure progress and adherence to deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key internal and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Analyze extensive datasets, design metrics, and develop reports/dashboards.
  • Simplify complex ideas into impactful executive-level reports and presentations.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance, streamline, and automate processes.
  • Develop and implement organization-wide processes and programs, drive transformation, and effectively prioritize ongoing challenges.
Compensation

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
