As a Technical Program Manager, you will leverage your technical knowledge to spearhead intricate, multi-disciplinary initiatives from inception to completion. Your role will involve engaging with stakeholders to outline requirements, pinpoint risks, manage timelines, and effectively communicate with diverse partners throughout the organization.
The Knowledge and Information Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) teams operate on a global scale. In this capacity, you will collaborate with the SRE leadership to enhance operational rhythms for teams involved in Search, Assistant, Geo, and Commerce. You will take charge of multi-disciplinary projects, coordinate requirements with internal clients, and guide projects through all phases of the project lifecycle. This entails managing timelines, identifying potential risks, analyzing data, and articulating objectives to stakeholders. Projects often traverse various offices and time zones, and you will be accountable for ensuring seamless coordination of project progress and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and nurture relationships with essential internal and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Analyze extensive datasets, develop metrics, and generate reports/dashboards.
- Simplify complex concepts into impactful executive-level reports and presentations.
- Identify opportunities to enhance, streamline, and automate processes.
- Design and implement organization-wide processes and programs, drive transformation, and prioritize ongoing challenges effectively.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
