Medical Records Coordinator

La Clinica de Familia is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Medical Records Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and confidential patient information, ensuring compliance with applicable policies and standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage medical records and patient information with the highest level of confidentiality and security
- Assist with front office functions, including providing exceptional customer service to patients
- Develop and maintain effective communication skills to interact with various staff members
- Exercise sound judgment and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail
- High school graduate or equivalent and/or completion of a medical terminology course
- One year of experience in a records department preferred
- Ability to work in a high-stress environment
