Medical Records Coordinator Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Records Coordinator to join our team at Summit LTC Management LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records in accordance with federal and state guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update medical records in a timely and accurate manner
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and guidelines
  • Facilitate effective communication among healthcare team members
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • One year of experience in a skilled rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or Long-Term Care environment preferred
  • Experience with electronic medical records preferred
