Medical Records Coordinator Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Records Coordinator to join our team at Summit LTC Management LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records in accordance with federal and state guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain medical records in accordance with established policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
  • Facilitate effective communication of resident needs and issues to the team
  • Foster positive change, professional/program growth, and teamwork
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or relevant qualification
  • Possession of a current valid Texas driver's license or regular means of transportation to and from work
  • One (1) year of experience as a nurse in a skilled rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or Long-Term Care (LTC) environment preferred
  • One (1) year of experience with electronic medical records preferred
