At Syneos Health, we are seeking a highly skilled Regional Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our account management team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with priority Regional Accounts.
Key Responsibilities:- Liaise and Build Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with key academic institutions, IDNs, and GPOs to generate increased demand and access for our product.
- Account Management: Build and manage account profiles for each assigned account, detailing procedure for protocol development, pull-through targets for sales force, current placement of product on pathway and protocols, and identification of key influencers and protocol decision-makers.
- Tactical Strategies: Evaluate unique needs of the Integrated Customer and work with Regional Business Leaders and other corporate functions to develop tactical strategies to support account needs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Interact with a broad set of professionals including pharmacy directors, medical directors, P&T committees, and contracting managers, and work cross-functionally with Sales Representatives, Area Sales Directors, Field Reimbursement Managers, Medical, and HUB services as required.
- Experience: 10+ years of pharmaceutical and/or biotech experience, with 7+ years of experience with large academic health systems, IDNs, and/or GPOs.
- Cardiology Experience: Preferred.
- Knowledge and Understanding: Knowledge and understanding of Managed Care coverage and product reimbursement.
- Collaboration and Travel: Ability to collaborate among a range of key areas and travel > 50%.
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $175,000 - $190,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include a company car or car allowance and eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and/or individual performance.
