Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team during tax season.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an accounting office, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities will include client interaction, data entry, and document management, as well as assisting with scheduling and timesheet management.

The successful candidate will be proficient in Excel and Word, and have experience with cloud-based document management systems.
