About the Role

Headway Workforce Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns and convert them into sales opportunities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve monthly and quarterly targets

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 1+ years of experience in a sales-focused role
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
