About the Role

Calyx Living is seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business leads and driving growth in our Triangle-area assisted living communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive external business development and generate brand awareness.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with referral partners, including SNFs, hospitals, and physicians.
  • Generate qualified leads from referral partners that convert to census.
  • Drive market awareness and opportunities for business development through event coordination and participation.
Qualifications

We are looking for an individual with at least 3 to 5 years of business development experience, a track record of personally generating business, and a strong willingness to ask for business. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a comfort level with CRM software, and solid time management skills.

The ideal candidate will also be highly motivated, goals-focused, and success-driven, with the ability to manage multiple ongoing demands on their time. They will be creative, problem-solving, and empathetic, with a strong understanding of senior living, healthcare, real estate, or hospitality sales.
