Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Box Office Supervisor to join our team at Live Nation Entertainment. As a key member of our box office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading staff, and ensuring the smooth operation of our box office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient box office operations.
  • Provide proactive assistance to customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Lead ongoing staff training and development to ensure staff are equipped to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a box office or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
