Job Summary/Purpose :
The Retail Operations Supervisor is tasked with overseeing, directing, and managing daily operational activities.

Duties and Responsibilities :
1. Supervise all incoming and outgoing merchandise, including transfers and shipments, while managing all aspects of courier services.
2. Evaluate all expense reports and financial statements related to supplies.
3. Ensure the maintenance, cleanliness, and organization of both stockrooms and customer-facing areas.
4. Collaborate with the inventory manager on training for new hires.
5. Review weekly inventory reports, including cycle counts and other key performance indicators.
6. Liaise with the corporate office to guarantee timely delivery of uniforms for new employees and ensure the return of uniforms from departing staff.
7. Verify that all transactions comply with corporate policies, including phone orders and chargebacks.
8. Assist the tailoring department with supply orders and equipment maintenance in line with corporate standards.
9. Monitor the application of security measures and procedures.
10. Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor and ensure awareness of operations.
11. Communicate regularly with support staff management and teams.
12. Authorize and manage schedules for all support personnel, including payroll processing and overtime allocation.
13. Prepare and conduct annual performance reviews for support staff.
14. Document disciplinary actions and track performance improvements for team members.
15. Engage in thorough preparation leading up to inventory assessments, acting as a key point of contact.
16. Collaborate closely with the corporate inventory control team to facilitate inventory processes.
17. Organize training sessions and communications related to inventory management.
18. Lead the inventory process and coordinate schedules effectively.
19. Reconcile inventory results and report findings to corporate.
20. Work with loss prevention teams to monitor stock discrepancies.
21. Schedule and oversee weekly inventory counts.
22. Ensure all incident reports are completed with support from management.
23. Compile monthly cycle count results for corporate review.
24. Communicate maintenance issues to the technical department and report daily operational concerns.
25. Execute all support-related directives as outlined by corporate partners.

Qualifications and Skills :
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong professional communication abilities
- Flexible availability to meet business needs

Physical Requirements :
- Ability to lift, push, and pull boxes independently
- Capable of packing, unpacking, and relocating stock as needed
- Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods.
