  • Develop and implement menus, recipes, and cooking techniques to meet the needs of our guests and events.
  • Collaborate with our events team to ensure seamless execution of events, including menu planning, timing, and logistics.
  • Conduct inventory management, ordering, and cost control to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Train and develop kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Banquet Chef or Sous Chef in a 4-star hotel or resort.
  • Proven track record of leading a team and managing kitchen operations.
  • Excellent culinary skills, including menu planning, cooking techniques, and presentation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with events team, kitchen staff, and guests.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on attention to detail and quality.
