Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and service-oriented Sous Chef to join our culinary team at Six|Seven Restaurant & Lounge. As a Sous Chef, you will assist in leading our team and contribute to the success of our fine dining restaurant.

Responsibilities
  • Operate a full-service establishment, including cooking, light butchering, and banquet services.
  • Manage food inventory, ordering, and costing.
  • Prioritize and organize multiple tasks in the moment.
  • Inspire teamwork and role-model behavior.
  • Strive to provide exceptional guest experiences.
  • Create SOPs and training to support team development.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Banquet Chef or Sous Chef in a 4-star hotel or resort.
  • Union management experience is preferred.
