Job Description

Advantech Industries Inc. is a leading contract manufacturer providing sheet metal and precision CNC machined parts. We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement manufacturing methods to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Collaborate with the shop floor to troubleshoot problems and optimize processes.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain thorough operational knowledge of specific equipment.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, adhere to deadlines, and be flexible.

Requirements:

  • Associate's Degree in Manufacturing Technology or related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in manufacturing or related field.
  • Superior communication and teamwork skills.
  • Diplomatic and good human interaction skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

According to the New York Pay Transparency law, the pay range for this job is $65,000 - $92,000 / annual salary. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
