Job Title: Process Engineering Technician

Join Plug Power, a leading provider of hydrogen fuel cell solutions, as a Process Engineering Technician. In this role, you will play a critical support role in the Process Engineering organization, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the creation of process documentation and workflows for manufacturing processes and production material flows.
  • Monitor and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements, including Lean-Sigma tools and methodologies.
  • Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of Plug Power products and related manufacturing objectives and engineering constraints.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory, corporate, and plant standards.
Requirements:
  • Associates degree in engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or process engineering role.
  • Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma experience preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
