About the Role

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Account Specialist to join our team at Johns Manville. As an Account Specialist, you will be responsible for managing customer orders from inquiry to paid invoice, resolving errors in shipping and pricing, and researching and resolving customer complaints and order issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer orders from inquiry to paid invoice
  • Resolve errors in shipping and pricing
  • Research and resolve customer complaints and order issues
  • Partner with Account Management, internal plant, sales, and transportation groups to maximize sales and profitability of the customer base
  • Work with sales to assist in administration of marketing and sales programs

Requirements:

  • High School/Technical School Diploma with 5 years of experience in a customer-centric position OR a Bachelor's Degree with 1 year of experience in a customer-centric position
  • Intermediate level of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work both independently and on a team in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
  • Project management experience within the construction industry
