Client Success Account Specialist

Position Summary:We are seeking a Client Success Account Specialist to enhance our operations. In this capacity, you will be tasked with delivering outstanding customer support and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the print and mail project lifecycle. Your responsibilities will encompass maintaining client records, overseeing inventory, collaborating with internal teams, and managing invoicing processes. If you possess a keen eye for detail, excellent communication abilities, and a genuine passion for customer service, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver proactive customer service and effective problem resolution for client inquiries
- Manage client communications and relationships for ongoing and future projects
- Assist with client requests and escalate issues as necessary
- Update client information and maintain accurate records in company databases
- Generate reports and identify opportunities for process enhancements
- Oversee accounts, balances, and billing activities
- Assist both internal and external customers with invoicing inquiries
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth order processing
- Reconcile expenses and ensure precise invoicing
- Uphold Lineage's core values in all job-related activities
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service is preferred
- Experience in account or project management is advantageous
- Familiarity with invoicing and postal/print processes is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities
- Ability to perform well under pressure and manage time efficiently
