About the Role

Generac Power Systems, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Generator Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a Generator Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in providing essential power solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Identify potential customers and generate leads to drive new sales of generator products and services.
  • Develop and Maintain Strong Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to determine their needs and provide solutions that solve their issues.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Educate potential customers on the value of our products and services, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Meet and Exceed Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) to contribute to the growth and success of our company.
Requirements
  • 2-3 Years of Sales Experience: Possess 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the generator or electrical equipment industry.
  • Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills: Possess excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, as well as strong negotiation skills to effectively communicate with customers and close deals.
  • Results-Driven and Motivated: Be results-driven and motivated to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Knowledge of Generator Products: Possess knowledge of generator products and services, and be able to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
