- Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing them with tailored funeral planning solutions.
- Funeral Planning Services: Offer clients a range of funeral planning options, including preneed funeral planning, and help them make informed decisions about their final wishes.
- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generating leads and converting them into sales.
- Communication and Presentation: Effectively communicate with clients, presenting funeral planning options and services in a clear and concise manner.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team of funeral professionals to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceptional client experiences.
Requirements:
