Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Benefit Coordinator to join our team at Memphis Operator LLC. This role is responsible for managing payroll administration functions, coordinating benefit programs, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer payroll functions, including processing payrolls, evaluating merit increases, and implementing PIB (pay-in-lieu of benefits) process.
  • Maintain accurate employee information in the HRIS system, ensuring compliance with federal/state/facility/regional pay guidelines.
  • Assist in WOTC compliance and provide backup support to the Human Resources Coordinator as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college-level courses in accounting or business preferred.
  • Two years' experience in payroll or human resources.
