About the Position

We are seeking a skilled HR Administrator to join our team at MSCCN.

Job Overview

This role involves coordinating and executing division benefits, managing leave of absence, and providing HRIS support.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate FMLA and administer company short-term sick pay and long-term disability plans.
  2. Maintain employee records and ensure HR databases are up-to-date and accurate.
  3. Provide HR support to all levels of employees and act as backup to Payroll Administrator.
  4. Manage employee benefits and oversee various programs.
Necessary Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • At least 2 years of experience in an HR Administrator or similar position.
  • Proficiency in web-based HR platforms.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
Additional Requirements

Prior experience in SAP/SuccessFactors and an HR certification are preferred, along with a bachelor's degree in a related field.
