We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at Trisian-Global Consulting LLC. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our offices and warehouses located across the U.S.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating and assisting with the new hire process, ensuring timely completion of onboarding paperwork, and maintaining accurate records.
- Responding to internal and external HR-related inquiries, providing assistance as needed, and maintaining confidentiality.
- Performing general administrative functions, including generating reports, processing HR data changes, and completing logs.
- Processing verification of employment requests for multiple locations, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and ADA requirements.
- Maintaining accurate records of leaves of absence, including workers' compensation leave, FMLA leave, and medical leaves for each location.
In this role, you will serve as a Timekeeper using Kronos timekeeping software, track employee data, and maintain personnel files, medical files, I-9s, and related materials for all employees.
The ideal candidate will have:
- An Associate's Degree in a HR/Business discipline or equivalent experience.
- One to two years of Human Resources experience with emphasis on calculating hours worked and processing timecards for payroll.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
- Intermediate proficiency with MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Workday, Kronos, Dimensions, and E-Verify is preferred.
Estimated salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
