Job Title: Global Head of Ethics and Compliance

At Brinks, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Head of Ethics and Compliance to lead our compliance program and ensure that our business practices align with the highest ethical standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Compliance Leadership: Provide strategic guidance and oversight to our compliance program, ensuring that it is effective in identifying and mitigating compliance risks.
  • Risk Management: Develop and implement risk-based compliance programs to identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks across the organization.
  • Compliance Program Development: Design and implement compliance programs to address identified risks, including preventive and corrective action plans.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare regular reports to executive leadership and the Board of Directors on compliance matters, and communicate compliance information to employees and stakeholders.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of regional compliance directors and other compliance professionals to ensure effective compliance program implementation.
  • Global Compliance: Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure a coordinated approach to compliance matters, including matters not primarily within the Compliance organization's scope.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and a J.D. (doctor of jurisprudence) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Experience: 10+ years of compliance experience, with experience in a global business and applicable Anti-Money Laundering, anti-bribery/anti-corruption, and antitrust laws and regulations preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to read, write, and speak English fluently, and ability to provide clear, concise, actionable, and pragmatic advice, policies, and procedures.
